A Communal Feast: The Lunch Program

Every Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 2 PM, Syrco BASÈ invites guests to embark on a shared culinary experience that pays homage to Indonesia’s deep-rooted dining traditions. The Lunch Program brings forth an interactive journey, where nostalgic flavors meet modern refinement in a communal setting. Guests can indulge in an array of appetizers, mains, and desserts meticulously crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The menu spotlights Bali’s finest seafood—prawns infused with the aromatic essence of kemangi, freshly shucked oysters, and the freshest daily catch from ‘fisherman Oka.’ To conclude, tropical desserts featuring sweet pineapples and creamy coconut provide a perfect balance of flavors. Priced at IDR 950,000++ per person, this exclusive dining experience blends authenticity with contemporary culinary craftsmanship.

For those who seek a personalized gastronomic adventure, Syrco BASÈ now presents its thoughtfully curated à la carte menu. Available during regular restaurant hours, this menu offers guests the flexibility to explore Chef Syrco’s innovative interpretations of classic Indonesian dishes. Highlights include:

  • Rendang-style Steak Tartare with crispy tempeh

  • Bali Bouillabaisse, a seafood lover’s delight

  • Nasi Goreng elevated with quail and bone marrow

  • Balinese Black Heritage Pork, a rich and flavorful masterpiece

  • Farm Duck paired with mussels, a perfect harmony of land and sea
